Κρήτη No 2 ( Ρέθυμνο )

Sahnisia or Sahnisi is an architectural term for traditional buildings’ facades. This term describes the projections of the upper floor of the building and are supported by wooden beams. Structures like these can be seen all over the Balkans. 

My Sachnisi’s dimensions are 71 X 75 X 11 cm and weighs 10 kgr. It is made of wood, pumice stone, stone and baked clay.
