Ninoan Lines, καλλιτεχνική αναπαράσταση πρόσοψης κεντρικών γραφείων των Μινωικών
ΕΠΙΚΟΙΝΩΝΙΑ

Heraklion No 1 (Minoan Lines)

In 1912 the talented architect Demetrius Kyriakou designed a splendid building which few years later housed the National Bank of Greece .The neo classical rhythm building was seriously damaged during the English bombardments in the Second World War and it was almost ruined.

In 1989 the building was bought by the Minoan Lines with the intension of restoring it to its original form. Five years later all the company’s services were transferred to this building, becoming its headquarters.

The dimensions of the artistic portrayal of the building’s main entrance are 78,5 X 96 cm . and the materials I used for its construction were massive iron, marble, glass, plaster and some other stuff.

This piece of artwork is for sale.
